About Us
We are a team of therapists, educators, and coaches, offering mental health support in English and German. Our approach blends evidence-based therapy, positive psychology, creative expression, and deep respect for each family’s unique path.
Kompass Zentrum grew out of a personal journey — a mother’s experience of watching her teenager face deep challenges and realizing that the support they needed wasn’t easily available. In a system focused on emergencies, what was missing was early, human, and holistic care. So she set out to create the kind of space she had once searched for: warm, compassionate, and rooted in real connection.
We believe every teen deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported — not diagnosed and dismissed. And every parent deserves the tools to turn toward their child, even in hard moments, with understanding and love.
We honor the messy parts of growing up — the rebellion, the retreat, the questions — as important steps in becoming oneself.
Based in Hennigsdorf (Berlin C), Kompass Zentrum combines science, creativity, and care to build a stronger, healthier future — one teen, one family, one step at a time.
